Welcome to M&M Marketplace. By accessing or using our website, services, or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our marketplace.

1. Description of Service

M&M Marketplace is a curated online platform where valuable items are listed for sale through direct purchase or auction-style bidding. Items listed as "Available" may be purchased immediately at the listed price. Items may enter an auction phase after a designated period, during which users may place bids.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the marketplace, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features may require you to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bidding and Purchases

When you place a bid, you are making a binding offer to purchase the item at your bid price if you are the winning bidder. All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. The highest bidder at the close of the auction is obligated to complete the purchase.

For "Buy Now" purchases, payment is processed at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment through our secure payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options include local pickup or free local delivery within designated postal code areas. Buyers are responsible for selecting their preferred delivery method at checkout. We are not responsible for items once they have been delivered or picked up.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Placing fraudulent bids or manipulating the auction process
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Using automated systems or bots to interact with the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&M Marketplace and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the marketplace at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
